This 250 m2 house was built in 2005 and needed some upgrading and renovation. It is situated in Troizk area of Moscow region.
Main renovation concerned ground floor, with entrance , kitchen and living- dining areas . We completely redesigned the kitchen, repainted half of the existing cabinets and added a new kitchen island. Expanded access to the terrace from the dining room.
The stairs were completely redone : both railings and fences, and steps .

There were no big scaled work produced upstairs with private areas. We managed here just with decorative techniques: using wall panels, and playing with colours in soft powdery and olive shades.
