The apartment is located in Esperance Allé in Charlottenlund in a building called "Little Constancia».
The residence consists of two long three-storey buildings sharing a beautiful courtyard with horseshoe- shaped garages. The entrance is leading to a beautiful 50-es classic staircase with black iron railings and wooden steps. Although the apartment was great in general, it was worn in all areas.

It was important to renovate with respect for the original design, but at the same time to open up the common areas of the apartment.
Among the original items mahogany doors and cabinets were renovated and used again. The same went for some of the kitchen's original cabinets, a few lamps, a cooker hood with rounded edges and the beton plant bowl at the living room window.
